PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable adaptation to a change in the height of a latch bolt of a door body in a simple structural manner by enabling a latch retainer to be easily mounted with a good appearance in an arbitrary height position on an inside surface of a door frame. SOLUTION: In this hinged door 3, a recess 5 for housing the latch retainer 31 is provided in such a dented manner as to be long in a vertical direction D, on the inside surface 2a of the door frame 2A; a decorative member 6A, which covers a surface of the inside surface 2a of the door frame 2A in such a manner as to cover the recess 5, is partially notched in an arbitrary height position to face the latch bolt 30 of the door body 10; the latch retainer 31 is housed in a part of the recess 5 opened by a notch; and an outer peripheral flange 32 of the latch retainer 31 is fixed to the door frame 2A via the decorative member 6A by means of a fixing implement 23 in the state of abutting on the surface of the periphery of the notch 6a of the decorative member 6A.
