A slat conveyor synchronizing transfer device is provided to transfer a car body transferred through a transfer shuttle from the transfer shuttle to a slat conveyor in a synchronous manner in consideration of a mounting point and mounting time difference between a traveling operation of the transfer shuttle and a continuous operation of the slat conveyor. A slat conveyor synchronizing transfer device(100) includes a main frame(10), a lower base, a first driving unit(30), a medium base(40), a second driving unit(50), an upper base(60), and a third driving unit(70). The lower base is installed in the main frame. The first driving unit reciprocates the lower base in a horizontal direction. The medium base includes a pair of rail guides arranged on the top face thereof. The second driving unit reciprocates the medium base in a vertical direction. The upper base has a rail slidably combined with the pair of rail guides and reciprocates on the medium base. The third driving unit reciprocates the upper base forward and backward.
