A vacuum cleaner and hose connection unit thereof are provided to prevent the twisting of wire in the process of turning of the connection hose. A vacuum cleaner comprises a connection hose, main body of the cleaner, and hose connection unit(100). The air containing dust is flowed in through the connection hose. The main body of cleaner inhales the air of the connection hose. The hose connection unit comprises a first connection unit(200) and a second connection hose unit(300). The first connection unit is fixed on the main body to connect the connection hose to the main body. The second connection unit is connected to the connection hose and combined to rotate at the first connection unit. The first connection unit comprises a first connection terminal and coupler.
