A latch apparatus of a power sliding door is provided to prevent malfunction of a power sliding door system by not generating an error signal in a micro switch. A latch apparatus of a power sliding door includes a fork plate, a ratchet lever, a switch lever, and a micro switch. The fork plate(1) is rotated. The ratchet lever(3) is rotated according to a rotation state of the fork plate, and prevents rotation of an unlocking direction of the fork plate. The switch lever is communicated with the ratchet lever. The micro switch(7) generates an electrical on/off signal by the switch lever.
