A sealing test method and system are provided to measure accurate sealability precisely by detecting the internal pressure of a closed container while supplying the gas into the container. A sealing test system comprises a closed container(130), a gas supply part(160) supplying gas to the inside of the container, a pressure detection part(140) sensing the pressure inside the container, and a monitor indicating the pressure sensed in the pressure detection part. The gas supply part includes a regulator(110) and a valve(120) installed behind the regulator.
