A camera module is provided to make an image sensor inserted into a groove formed on a ceramic PCB, thereby lowering the whole height of the camera module as the height of the groove. A camera module comprises a lens unit(20) and a ceramic PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(50). In the lens unit, a lens barrel(22) is formed. The ceramic PCB is combined with the lens unit. The ceramic PCB comprises an image sensor(41) inserted into a groove(2) and an IR(Infrared ray) cut-off filter(31). In the camera module, a hole(45) is formed. The side wall of the ceramic PCB is passed through the hole. |
