A tailgate hinge structure of a SUV(Sport Utility Vehicle) is provided to easily open a tail gate without securing sufficient space. A tailgate hinge structure of a SUV(Sport Utility Vehicle) is composed of a first hinge(30) mounted to a vehicle body(10), a second hinge(40) mounted on the side upper part of a tailgate(20), and a link(50) connecting the tailgate to the vehicle body. One end of the link is rotatably combined to the first hinge, and the other end is rotatably combined to the second hinge. A gas lifter is mounted to the lower part of the second hinge, and a rotation spring is mounted on the first hinge.
