A micro channel reactor having a plurality of guide channels are provided to minimize the size of the reactor and to improve flow efficiency by preventing leakage of reaction gas. A micro channel reactor a plurality of inlet or outlet ports includes a micro channel(120), a micro channel partition(121), one inflow port(130), two discharge ports and a plurality guide channels(160). The inflow port and the discharge port is formed on either side of a reaction plate(110) and reaction gas is flowed in the micro channel through the inflow port. A fixing hole(170) is formed on the reaction plate, and a flowing port(150) is formed on either side of the inflow port. The micro channel reactor further includes guide grooves(180) formed one side of the reaction plate.
