PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance turning performance by adjusting a damping force of a shock absorber, in a vehicular suspension control device. SOLUTION: Damping force characteristics of shock absorbers of wheels 2R, 2L and 3R, 3L are adjusted by a controller based on lateral acceleration detected by a lateral acceleration sensor. During a turn, the damping force characteristic of the front wheel 2R at the outer turning side is set to be S/H (elongation side: soft/contraction side: hard), the damping force characteristic of the front wheel 2L at the inner turning side is set to be H/S (elongation side: hard/contraction side: soft), and the damping force characteristics of the rear wheels 3R, 3L at both sides are set to be H/H (elongation side: hard/contraction side: hard), respectively. Cornering forces of the front wheels 2R, 2L are increased, and angles of side slips of the rear wheels 3R, 3L are increased.
