PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-cooled type window assembly for an X-ray tube to cope with heat formed at a high level. SOLUTION: The X-ray tube window assembly includes an X-ray tube window (400) mounted to an X-ray tube window frame (300). When mounted to the X-ray tube window frame, the X-ray tube window substantially covers an opening (302) demarcated by the X-ray tube window frame. Around the opening (302), a fluid passage (202) including an inflow opening (204) and an outflow opening (206) is demarcated by the cooperation of the X-ray tube window and the X-ray tube window frame.
