PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise mobile station positioning system that has a simple configuration of a base station and a mobile station. SOLUTION: An interference parameter setting section 74 fixes a transmission wave control parameter of a reference base station and varies the transmission wave control parameter of a variable base station, in a prescribed fashion, along with the lapse of a clock time. A null-point line position calculating section 80 calculates the position of a null-point line which is the range of null points, where radio waves transmitted by the reference base station and the variable base station weaken each other, by transmitting carrier waves from the reference base station and the variable base station, which correspond to parameters set by the interference parameter setting section 74, based on the content of the transmission wave control parameter at a minimum reception intensity measurement clock time. A positioning section 78 calculates the intersection point of plural null-point lines which are respectively obtained by the null-point line position calculating section 80 for these two or more base station groups, and derives the position of the mobile station 10, based on the intersection point.
