PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring a fluid in a line which can perform exact measurement even in the case when an installation angle varies and also to provide the device and a system for measuring the fluid in the line which enable omission of a calibration process after installation of the device. SOLUTION: The measuring device has a detecting capsule 10 having a constitution wherein sealed fluids 15 and 15 are filled respectively on one side of diaphragms 12 and 12 and led to a pressure sensor 21, and the pressure of the fluid in the line or the differential pressure of the fluid between two points is measured by leading the fluid to the other side of the diaphragms 12 and 12 so as to detect the pressure of the sealed liquid 15. The detecting capsule 10 is provided with an angle detecting sensor 22 for detecting the installation angle and is equipped with a compensating means for compensating the output of the pressure sensor 21 according to the output of the angle detecting sensor 22.
