PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing frame unit used in common for a plurality of types of game machines storing different types and sizes of instruments therein by consisting it of a first frame member and a second frame member disposed in its back part and expanding/contracting a communication space communicatingly formed of the both frame members. SOLUTION: This housing frame unit 4 is provided with a first frame member 14 formed with a first internal space 14j by opening the rear part and retaining a game device body for executing a game by the falling of game media in the internal space, and a second frame member 16 formed with a second internal space 16e communicating with the first internal space by opening the front and forward/backward movably disposed in the back of the first frame member, wherein the communication space 4a communicatingly formed of the first internal space and the second internal space is expandable/contractable by the forward/backward movement.
