A cleaning appliance for cleaning of cleaning stock is provided, which is set up in order to act with at least one cleaning fluid upon the cleaning stock in at least one cleaning chamber. The waste-heat side is in thermal contact with a fluid heating device. The fluid heating device is, in turn, in contact with a first cooling fluid and is set up in order to heat this first cooling fluid. The cleaning appliance is set up, furthermore, in order to use the first cooling fluid for a cleaning process.
