PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pyroligneous acid from which brown color and smoke smell are removed and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The pyroligneous acid with brown color and smoke smell is blended with charcoal powder and charcoal pieces and obtained mixture is subjected to high-speed stirring in a counterclockwise direction to adsorb brown color and smoke smell and is subjected to standing and filtration to manufacture the pyroligneous acid with no color and no smoke.
