An aluminum handle manufacturing method and a forging device are provided to be adamantly shaped by preventing the damage due to the manipulation of the forging. An aluminum handle forging device(100) comprises an upper mold(110) and a lower mold(120). The upper mold includes: a pressurized body(112) located in a lower part of an upper mold body(111); a pressing molding outlet(113) protruding to a bottom side in the lower part of the pressurized body; and a rounded molding round part rounding to the lower part of the pressing molding outlet. The lower mold includes: an elasticity type body(125) having a molding settling unit(127) with a molding groove(128) at both end parts; a lower mold body(121) arranged in the lower part of the elasticity type body in regular intervals; an elasticity settling part(123) having a plurality of elastic members(124) which elastically supports the elasticity type body; and a lower mold fixing unit(122) located in the lower part of the lower mold body.
