A method for generating the torque using molten metal and metal ion solution, an engine using the method and a generator including the same are provided to generate the steam rotating an axis of rotation by using the heat of oxidation and the blast swelling power. A method for generating the torque using molten metal and metal ion solution comprises: a step of spaying the molten metal with a molten metal injector(106) and the metal ion solution with a metal ion solution injector(105) to a chamber(104) inside surrounded with an insulating wall; a step of oxidizing the metal included in the hot water by the molten metal with the water included in the metal ion solution; a step of generating the high pressure steam with the blast swelling power and the heat of oxidation in the metal oxide; and a step of rotating an axis of rotation(118) with the steam of the high pressure.
