A method for preparing rice containing Phellinus linteus is provided to enable the rice to be preserved at a room temperature for a relatively long time by impregnating rice into Phellinus linteus extract. A method for preparing rice containing Phellinus linteus comprises the following steps of: washing and drying polished rice; slicing Phellinus linteus 2~4mm in thickness and steaming the sliced Phellinus linteus at 100°C or greater for 20~40 minutes; fast-drying the steamed Phellinus linteus at 75°C or greater and uniformly parching the Phellinus linteus; inputting the parched Phellinus linteus into a pulverizing device in order to prepare Phellinus linteus powder; mixing the Phellinus linteus powder and water in a ratio of 0.5 to 99.5 by weight and boiling and filtering the mixture; and impregnating 70~80wt% of dried rice into the 20~30wt% of Phellinus linteus extract.
