PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding plate and an electromagnetic shielding wall, each having full electromagnetic-shielding effects. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic shielding plate comprises an aluminum plate having a highly conductive material fixed at the peripheries thereof. With this configuration, an electromagnetic shielding wall formed of the electromagnetic shield plates has satisfactory conductivity as a whole, by only bringing the both peripheries abut against each other, even without welding the both peripheries of adjacent electromagnetic shielding plates.
