PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnifying observation endoscope acquiring an ultra-magnified observation image of good image quality by suppressing the movement between the surface of a mucous membrane and an observation window for magnifying observation without discharging the air in the body cavity and damaging intracorporeal mucous membranes at the time of microscopical ultramagnifying observation. SOLUTION: A cylindrical attachment 20, which annularly surrounds the outer periphery of a leading end part main body 2 or leading end protruded part 7 to be protruded forward of the observation window 8 for magnifying observation, is provided in a freely detachable manner and the leading end surface 20a of the attachment 20 is formed into a rough surface over its almost whole periphery to be formed into a forward directed planar surface state.
