PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation technique of flavored beverage as is referred to in the beginning, which enables the obtaining of user-friendly work characteristics in terms of maintenance and cleaning operation. SOLUTION: A flavored beverage preparation machine 1 is equipped with a beverage extracting unit 2 having a first spout 5 from which beverage can be spouted into a beverage container. This machine is independent of the first spout 5, while it is provided with at least one fragrance storage tanks 81, 82 and at least one second spouts 141, 142 connected thereto so that at least one fragrance 91, 92 can be spouted into a beverage container 6.
