PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice and snow accretion preventing structure of a moving body capable of preventing ice and snow accretion on the surface of the moving body by an inexpensive and simple structure. SOLUTION: An airflow inducing part 5A functions when a vehicle travels in an A<SB>1</SB>direction. An airflow inducing part 5B functions when the vehicle travels in an A<SB>2</SB>direction. The airflow inducing part 5A induces an flow F<SB>1</SB>toward a bogie 1A along the side of the vehicle to the side of the bogie 1A. An airflow inducing part 5B induces an airflow F<SB>2</SB>toward the bogie 1A along the side of the vehicle to the side of the bogie 1A. Thereby, the airflows F<SB>1</SB>, F<SB>2</SB>striking the surface of the bogie 1A are reduced, and the airflows F<SB>1</SB>, F<SB>2</SB>striking end faces 3c of under floor devices 3A, 3B are also reduced. As a result, a snow particle flowing into the bogie 1A is reduced, and the snow particle flowing into the end surfaces 3c of the under floor devices 3A, 3B are also reduced so as to prevent the ice and snow accretion to the vehicle.
