<p>The invention relates to a device comprising a base for fixing to a wall (1) using conventional means. Said base (1) can be connected to an intermediate structure (2) provided with a piston (4) that can move vertically, is curved and extends in such a way as to form a support for at least one sponge or treatment elements (7, 7').
