<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein releasing of cells by a conventional cell releasing operation is difficult in cells proliferated by using a carrier having comparatively large water holding capacity such as a crosslinked polyacrylic acid salt, and a sugar-chain polymer gel having a carboxy group. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing cells uses the cell-washing solution (C) for washing the cells attached to the cell-culturing carrier including a water-absorbing resin (A) having 2-50 g/g water holding capacity, and containing a chelating agent (B) and a solvent, wherein the content of the component (B) is 0.1-5 wt.% based on the total weight of the component (B) and the solvent, and/or the cell releasing solution (D) for releasing the cells attached to the cell-culturing carrier including a water-absorbing resin (A) having 2-50 g/g water holding capacity, and containing the chelating agent (B) and the solvent, wherein the content of the component (B) is 0.1-5 wt.% based on the total weight of the component (B) and the solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
