摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state dye sensitizing photoelectric transducer which can be manufactured at a low cost and is superior in photoelectric conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery 1 shown in the figure 1 is a so-called dry solar battery which does not need an electrolyte solution, and provided with a first electrode 3, a second electrode 6 arranged facing the first electrode 3, an electron conveying layer 4 positioned between the electrodes, a dye layer D in contact with the electron conveying layer 4, a positive hole conveying layer 5 which is positioned between the electron conveying layer 4 and the second electrode 6 and in contact with the dye layer D, and a barrier layer 8, which are arranged on a substrate 2. The positive hole conveying layer 5 is mainly constituted of an aromatic amine derivative. In the solar battery 1, the transfer of electrons from the positive hole conveying layer 5 to the dye layer D is effectively performed, so that extremely superior photoelectric conversion efficiency can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
