A jar for the fermentation liquid extraction and a sampling method of the same are provided to increase the fermentation efficiency by mixing a wild plants material with the external air. A jar for the fermentation liquid extraction comprises: a body having the internal space with the diameter which is identical from the entrance to the bottom portion(10); a pressing plate of the earthenware material possible for inflowing the external air into the inside of the body; an insect screen(30) with fine holes(33) formed through the total area in order to prevent the insect from coming into the jar inside; and a cover(40) preventing the insect from coming in the inside of the jar through the hole in the insect screen. |
