A water pressure cap for pipe pressure test is provided to improve airtightness by reducing the number of each connection parts and decrease failure rate and reduce construction period. A water pressure cap for pipe pressure test comprises: a body(31) in which a through-hole is equipped inside and a male screw(35) is formed in the outer circumference; a holder(30) with a connection unit and a rib(36) extended in a annular shape; a cap(20) in which a female screw(23) connected with the male screw in the inner circumference and an inside diameter part(21) which a pipe(10) passes through are punched; a sealing member(40) which is contacted with the end part of a connection pipe(11) in the annular inner side and maintains airtightness; and a stopper which is contacted with a second expanding portion(13) and has a ring form.
