<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a customer to an optimal window or a transaction device by unitarily controlling a transaction purpose of the customer coming to a financial institution such as a bank. <P>SOLUTION: An acceptance processing device is characterized by having an input means for allowing the coming customer to input all transaction purposes, a number imparting means for imparting an acceptance number in order to the coming customer, a guiding means for guiding the customer to an unmanned remote transaction device or an automatic transaction device for allowing exchange with the customer via the window or a network suitable for the inputted transaction purposes, and a transaction completion confirming means for confirming that the customer completes all transactions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
