Compounds with polymers and siloxanes containing fluorine

Compositions containing water, a polyurethane or poly(meth)acrylate with perfluoroalkyl groups and a siloxane with polyoxyalkylene groups. Compositions containing water, at least one component (A) and at least one component (B), in which (A) is either a polyurethane obtained by reacting a di-isocyanate with a diol containing at least one perfluoroalkyl group (RF) of formula (I) and neither the di-isocyanate nor the diol contains polyoxyalkylene groups, or (A) is a polymeric (meth)acrylate ester of formula (II), or (A) is a mixture of both polymer types, and component (B) comprises siloxane(s) of formula (III). The composition contains 10-70 wt.% (A) and the wt. ratio of (A) to (B) is (100:5)-(100:35), preferably (100:13)-(100:25). CF 3-(CF 2) x- (I) R 3SiO-[Si(R)(X)O] n-SiR 3(III) x : 5-23, preferably 7-19; RF : formula (I); R 1>H or methyl; y : 2-4; R : methyl, ethyl or phenyl; n : 1-5; X : R or a group of formula -(CH 2) z-O-(CHR 2>-CHR 2>-O) t-H (IV), with the proviso that at least one of the groups X has the formula (IV) and in each of the groups -CHR 2>CHR 2>O- one of the groups R 2>= H and the other is H or methyl; z : 2-4, preferably 3; and t : 2-12, preferably 6-12.
