#CMT# #/CMT# The device (3) has a rotatably supported rotor made of an electromagnetic radar wave reflecting material and arranged in a housing (4) that is made of an electromagnetic radar wave absorbing material. The housing has a rectangular recess (5) to enable irradiation of electromagnetic radar waves to the rotor. A pipe (6) is attached in front of the recess so that field width (W) of the waves is limited by the pipe, where the waves are reflected by the rotor and emitted from the recess.
