<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid injection apparatus with excellent operability, capable of switching a driving waveform at a part held by a surgeon. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid injection apparatus 10 for changing the volume of a fluid chamber 52 and repeatedly pulsating and injecting liquid with fixed suspension time I comprises: a pulsation generation part 30 for pulsating and jetting the liquid supplied from a connection tube 15 from a connection flow path tube 60; a drive control part 110 disposed at a position separated from the pulsation generation part 30 for inputting a driving signal to the pulsation generation part 30; and a switch 121 and a changeover switch 122 for performing the ON/OFF operation of the driving signal or the switching operation of the driving waveform of the driving signal to the pulsation generation part 30. The switch 121 and the changeover switch 122 are provided to the holder 130 of the pulsation generation part 30.
