A calling terminal (UA100) comprises a screen state storing part (500) that stores a screen state of an information display part (360) at the transmission of a call-up request including information related to communication via a desired network and also stores an activation state of an application corresponding to that screen state; and a control part (320) that displays on the information display part (360) the screen state stored in the screen state storing part (500) when receiving a telephone communication permission notification from a called terminal (UA200) having become able to use the desired network as a response to a telephone communication permission notification request transmitted after interruption of the transmission and that, when detecting a transmission instruction in that screen state, controls the transmission to be performed by use of an application corresponding to the transmission instruction.
