PURPOSE: Provided are a ready to eat loach soup product and its manufacturing method. Therefore a consumer can take loach soup easily and simply by boiling it in water or adding hot water to it. CONSTITUTION: The ready to eat loach soup product is manufactured by the steps of; adding various seasoning stuffs to loaches and boiling them; powdering the boiled loaches and stock; powdering various seasoning stuffs, such as dried radish tops, cabbage leaves, welsh onions, peppers, onions, perilla seeds, garlic, ginger, powdery soybean paste, etc.; and vacuum-packing the prepared powder together in a small bag.
