PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus, an image forming apparatus, a processing condition setting method and a processing condition setting program capable of accurately setting a processing condition for image data.

SOLUTION: A scanner 110 acquires image data, a turning over direction reception part 152 receives input for the turning over direction which is the direction for turning over the page of a medium with the acquired image data printed thereon, a processing condition menu generating part 154 restricts a processing condition to be set according to the turning over direction received by the turning over direction reception part 152 among processing conditions when carrying out a prescribed processing for the paper printed with the image data and an operation display control part 151 receives input of the restricted processing condition.
