PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient measuring method for measuring a very small amount of anions contained in a composite metal compound, and a measuring instrument. SOLUTION: The measuring instrument for calculating the amount of anions contained in the composite metal compound is constituted of a dissolved gas densitometer for measuring the dissolving concentration of a gas increased or decreased by dissolving the composite metal compound in a predetermined aqueous solution, a USB converter for receiving the measuring value measured by the dissolved gas densitometer to convert the same to the data processed by a personal computer and the personal computer for receiving the measured data converted by the USB converter to process the same.
