PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease composition capable of suitably used particularly for a wheel bearing of automobiles or the like which is used under high speed and high temperature. SOLUTION: The grease composition which contains base oil and a thickening agent comprises: at least one of mineral oil and synthetic oil as the base oil; and 2-20 mass% composite lithium soap and 0.5-10 mass% polyurea compound expressed by following formula (1) as the thickening agent, wherein the blending ratio by mass of the composite lithium soap to the polyurea compound is (9.5:0.5)-(5:5) and the blending cone penetration is 130-340. Formula (1) is R<SP>1</SP>-NH-(CONH-R<SP>2</SP>-NHCONH-R<SP>3</SP>NH)<SB>y</SB>-CONH-R<SP>2</SP>-NHCONH-R<SP>4</SP>, (in the formula, (y) is integers of 0-3 and each of R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>independently expresses a 1-30C hydrocarbon group).
