PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter allowing a three-dimensional motion, and excellent in expressivity, attractiveness, unexpectedness, appealability and the like. SOLUTION: This printer matter comprises a moving sheet, a fixed sheet, an electric power source part, and a control part. The moving sheet is constituted to fix its one side portion to the fixed sheet by bonding, is arranged to make the other portion movable against a face of the fixed sheet, and is constituted to move the other portion with respect to the fixed sheet by an electrostatic force. Printing is executed on a surface of an opposite face opposite to the opposed face. The fixed sheet is arranged to oppose its face to a face of the moving sheet, is arrayed with a plurality of electrode wires in parallel in a direction along an opposed face thereof, and has a plurality of electrodes parts. The electric power source part supplies a prescribed potential to each of the electrodes parts under the control of the control part.
