PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge needle unit capable of preventing the discharge needle unit from falling off from an electrode portion by a simple constitution and being inexpensively manufactured, and to provide a discharge device securing safety without spoiling originally provided functions. SOLUTION: A sharp apex portion 12 formed in a discharge needle portion 10 is moved in a direction from X to Y so that a barrel portion 11 is inserted into a hole portion 22 with a state of loose engagement. Then, as shown in Fig. (b), by bringing a vertical barrel portion 13 into contact with a contact surface of a position portion 23 while the discharge needle portion 10 is slid, the discharge needle portion 10 is arranged on the electrode portion 20. Thereafter, the hole 22 is crimped in a predetermined state of engagement by stamping.
