PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good-quality magnetic panel which enables a vivid writing and makes it hard for bubbles to accumulate on the writing surface thereof during the production. SOLUTION: Side walls have the inclining parts gradually spreading outward from the front side to the back side, and are formed integrally with the writing surface of the writing board on the periphery thereof. Thereafter microcapsules are filled with a binder as a viscous liquid in the space formed by the writing surface and the side walls, and characteristically a coating body is fixed to the side walls of the writing board for sealing the microcapsules.
