An output driver is provided to satisfy a plurality of interface specifications by controlling a slew rate of a signal in a pre-driver according to a mode. A pre-driver(710) generates a logic value of data to be outputted, a pull up control signal, and a pull down control signal according to a target resistance value, and outputs a slew rate of the pull up control signal and the pull down control signal according to a first mode or a second mode. A pull up driver(720) outputs a high data in response to the pull up control signal. A pull down driver(730) outputs a low data in response to the pull down control signal. A pull up control signal generating part(711) generates the pull up control signal according to the target resistance value in case data is the high data. A pull down control signal generating part(712) generates the pull down control signal according to the target resistance value in case data is the low data. A pull up output part(713) outputs a slew rate of the pull up control signal according to the first mode or the second mode. A pull down output part(714) outputs a slew rate of the pull down control signal according to the first mode or the second mode.
