A teaching material for managing the message media and a production method thereof are provided to develop the thinking power, the judgment, and the imaginative power by coloring the suitable color to each project part of the message management board. The material including the paper protection, the message board, painting etc required for outdoor class is prepared(S100). The project part is removed from the paper protection adhered to the message board and the prod part is exposed(S110). The exposed prod part is painted(S120). The paper protection is completely separated from the message board(S130). Whether the additional decoration is added to the decoration part of the message board or not, is determined by using the drawing or the letter(S140). Owner and message are discriminated by the decoration such as the drawing and the letter(S150).
