A fixing clip is provided to reduce noise generated with rubbing with peripheral components by mounting a shock absorber. A fixing clip(100) comprises: a main body(10) in which guider hole(11) in which an object is inserted is formed; and a fixture(20) which is mounted on the top of the main body and in which an elastic hook(23) protruded to a side is formed. In the main body, a shock absorber(30) for preventing noise generation is mounted. In the guider hole, a separate space is formed between the object and the main body and the main body moves forward, backward, left and right as a specific distance.
