摘要 An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to improve photonic efficiency by forming an emission protective film including a tapered pattern on a front of an organic electroluminescent device. An organic electroluminescent display device comprises an organic electroluminescent device and an emission protective film(23). The organic electroluminescent device comprises a device substrate(10), a first electrode(20), an organic light emitting layer(21), and a second electrode(22). The first electrode is formed on the device substrate. A reflective film is formed on a bottom of the first electrode. The organic light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode. The second electrode is formed on the light emitting layer. An emission protective film is formed on a front of the device substrate, and includes a tapered pattern(23a). The tapered pattern is formed on a position corresponding to the organic light emitting layer. The emission protective film is made of one among SiNx, SiO2, and Al203.
