A parking data providing system and an automatic control system of illegal parking and an illegal vehicle are provided to improve usage efficiency of a parking lot by providing parking information in a crossroad and to tow the illegally parked vehicle by photographing the vehicle through a fixed camera and a movable camera. An information providing unit provides information about a parking lot and an illegal vehicle. A camera(40,42,44) photographs a vehicle number of a illegally parked vehicle(5) based on the information. A character recognition unit recognizes character data based on the photographed image. A comparing unit compares two characters recognized from a first image and a second image which are photographed with a predetermined interval. A traction instruction unit instructs the traction of the vehicle when the first image is identical to the second image. |
