A pharmaceutical composition with thujopsis dolobrata oil is provided to cure or prevent vulvovaginal candidiasis for mammals. A pharmaceutical composition for treatment or prevention of candidiasis includes thujopsis dolobrata oil as a vagina candidiasis antifungal ingredient. The content of the thujopsis dolobrata oil is 0.1-20% on a total weight basis of the pharmaceutical composition. The pharmaceutical composition for treatment or prevention of candidiasis has a cream or gel type.
