A tube having a synthetic resin on a surface is provided to effectively wind a lyocell fiber and improve productivity and process stability for manufacturing the tube. A tube having a synthetic resin on a surface comprises a tube body coated with a synthetic resin. The synthetic resin is selected from the group consisting of a silicon resin, a polyurethane resin, natural rubber, and latex. The synthetic resin partially or wholly covers the tube body. Thickness of the synthetic resin is 0.1 to 1mm.
