摘要

A composition for prevention and treatment of diseases related to IL-8 or GRO-alpha expression cells is provided to treat a brain tumor using activity of an excellent migration of umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UCB-MSCs). A composition for prevention and treatment of diseases related to IL-8 or GRO-alpha expression cells comprises umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells(UCB-MSCs) as a carrier for gene therapy of a brain tumor. An anti-tumor gene is introduced to the umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells. The anti-tumor gene is selected from the group consisting of a tumor suppressor, an apoptosis induction factor gene, a cell cycle control gene, and an angiogenesis inhibitor gene.
