A detachable type portable stretcher is provided, which is possible to be attached to the ambulance internal-field chair and can be foldable. A detachable type portable stretcher comprises: a main frame(10) which forms the frame of the rectangular shape and in which a plurality of supporting pipes are formed in parallel with the short bottom side of a polygon of the square frame; and a mattress part(12) formed at the top of the main frame. The mattress part comprises: an upper support member(13) in which the upper body is contacted; a middle support member(14) in which the buttock of the body is contacted; and a lower support member(15) in which the lower body is contacted. The main frame is equipped with a protective guard in one side.
