A lighting device for operation capable of replacing astral lamp with cheap cost is provided to prevent emission of ultraviolet ray by using a light emitting diode. A lighting device for operation comprises a main body(1), a lens module(2), and a switch(3). The switch is installed outside the main body. A first cover and a second cover are coupled in a front and a rear of the main body. A LED(Light Emitting Diode) is installed in a center of the first cover. The lens module is coupled in a front of the first cover. A first lens, a second lens, and a third lens are installed into a predetermined interval from a rear of the lens module. A lens cap is installed in a front of the third lens. The LED is coupled in a LED coupling plate, and is installed in the first cover. A plurality of cooling plates is formed on a surface of the main body. A coupling hole is formed on a center of the second cover. A spring coil is coupled in the coupling hole. A cooling fan is installed in a rear of the main body.
