PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate replacement of imaging devices. SOLUTION: At a state where voltage is not applied to a piezoelectric actuator 18, a light receiving surface 13 of a CCD 12 is tilted relative to a photographic light axis L. When the voltage is applied to the piezoelectric actuator 18, extending length of a movable part 18a changes according to a voltage value, tilt of the light receiving surface 13 to the photographic light axis L changes. A chart image photographed by the CCD 12 is observed while changing the voltage value to be applied to the piezoelectric actuator 18, a voltage value at which distortion of the chart image is minimized is obtained and stored in a memory 26. If an imaging device unit 10 is mounted to a digital camera, the voltage value is read from the memory 26 and the piezoelectric actuator 18 is driven in a through image display period and a period from immediate before starting of photography to reading of an imaging signal from the CCD 12, and the light receiving surface 13 of the CCD 12 becomes perpendicular to the photographic light axis L.
